Industrial Skill & Enterprenuership Development Program for Software Engineers (9 Months Internship)

Troywings Software Research Center is launching one of the finest programs for Engineering Interns. This program is Realization of fact that there is huge gap in our education system and industries. It’s identified by Industries that While there is a demand of Skilled Work force, but despite having educational certificate in hand, students are not skilled enough and 90% knowledge is purely theoretical in nature. It is also a fact that we don't promote students to start their own Businesses so that they should become self-Reliant and just not create job for self but also create job for others. Targeting all these aspects, in 1 year of internship program students will go through Planning, design and development of an Engineering product by following exact industrial processes. Next needed thing is physical, mental and physiological viability to deal with life in professional environment, for which we also designed a training program and last, they will learn how to start their own company, it means a path of technical Entrepreneurship. Our motive is to open all the doors for students and it's up to them that how do they utilize this program.
